When ever IV go and seek advise from Law firm or lobby firm they charge some money. No one is giving free advise in USA. We cannot run random campaign becasue people will not participate if no out come. We need to find out perfect time. Also we , and IV are common people who came from foriegn country and have no idea of whole US immigration system but law / lobby firm do.
If you and other sincere member contribute and participate activelly we may achive something. May be just giving few USD will not help. But there were so many anti coming to site and harming our agenda. since we have donor forum few anti come there. So if you are serious do contribute and get donor status. Participate in state chapter and work with IV and all of us. That will make date current for all.
So who is the leader who is responsible of DOING stuff with that money when I contribute

o Yes, mine is a NSC->CSC->NSC transfer case.
o I spoke to an IO at NSC around the last week of October and she told me she is going to schedule it, but was a little apprehensive as I trashed some mail without going through it properly (so that was my fault). My main intention on getting an infopass appointment was to make sure that I did not miss any scheduled appointment, which was confirmed by the IO.
o My case was recd. at NSC on 9/21 (Not sure when CSC transferred it). My Notice date is 9/10 if that helps.
o Not sure what you mean by "What is FP data?", did you mean "date" instead of "data" ? If so, I don't know. All she told me was I was in the queue, which I am assuming is their internal queue.

Are you telling that FP was already sceduled even before you went for Infopass?
Could you tell when case was transferred to NSC and when NSC received it? What is the FP data?

My i-140 no. starts with SRC 06, is this also from Texas?
If you have I140 receipt with you, just look at the bottom. It will tell you if it was from NSC or TSC.

We filed on July 20 to NSC. CSC acknowledged the receipt on September 19. On 9/21 we recd a notice from CSC stating that our cases are transferred to NSC. However EAD and AP applications are still being proceesed by CSC. Just recd an e-mail that EAD card production ordered.

Here's more information. I only got the receipt numbers. The package arrived at NSC on 7/3 and recieved by R. Williams at 9:03am. My I-140 was approved at TSC last year. I live in NSC area. Receipt numbers started with LIN, so the cases were not transferred to TSC. I hope this means that they're processing the box for 9:03 on 7/3.

the different initiatives that IV has taken up for EB3, which I guess you are not aware of.
As you don't want to donate or volunteer what makes you think that you can tell IV on what to do and what not to do.. Are you even associated in anyways.
I have never ever seen such a big thankless following of a group. Everyone is in trouble and everyone has problem but cannot donate.
Wanted to write a lot more , but I think its not worth it. I just hope your conscious makes you feel ashamed of this attitude of yours.

I am wondering if anybody knows based on what indicators the cases are being transfered from one service center to another? My I485/765/131 went from Nebraska, to Texas, to Vermont (frustrating, since Vermont has the slowest processing times for I485). Any ideas?
