I know you are being pointedly sarcastic at a section of green card applicants but Project Managers are not eligible for EB1. (Don't give that section any bright ideas) Only multi-national executives (VP and above are)

Please confirm this .... couple of things USCIS grants for professional with this situvation
1) He can file a petition saying that his skill sets are still needed here and are in demand and request to grant him X no of months of stay (I belive that it is 3 Months )
2) Even if he is out of status for less 180 Days it is ignored by USCIS during the process of GC9I know this not relavant to your question, but just in case if you are not aware
3) USCIS looks for just the pervious month pay slip .... Say he is OO job June 1st week .... He can file for the H1B Transfer untill end of July ....
Ofcourse he would be safe if the pervious H1B is not canceled .... As he reigned he should be in OK terms with his employee

You are not loosing anything. Continue on H-1B with current salary as long as it satisfies LCA made for H-1B petition.
You do not have to say anything to DOL. Your LC might be approved after the audit process. Then comes I-140, where the ability to pay comes into question. This could be difficult to get approved based on the situation you described.
If you have more time on H-1B, try to switch to different employer and restart the Greencard process.

This is due to the change of address. The receipts which were returned to USCIS will be mailed back to your new address based on ur address from Ar-11 database. Nothing to worry. I had the same status and today I received the receipts which were returned back to them from my previous address.
I asked her if it is change of address they sent she is not sure but she said usually it is the card when Current Status: is "Document mailed to applicant."
She put in a service request for me and she some one is going to contact me in 30 business days.

Yes you can file more than one AOS simultaneously and withdraw other one once I485 is approved.

If you count the taxes these 150K legal immigrants would have paid if they were in US for a year it is more than 2.5 billion dollars.
There was a recent study claiming that 14 million illegal immigrants pay 1.5 billion dollars a year in taxes (read mostly sales taxes). And thus US should legalize these 14 million people to continue to get 1.5 billion dollars a year.
Now you can compare 150K people vs 14 million people and who pays more.
The study fails to tell that these illegals do not have insurance. So they use hospitals for free. They do not pay federal taxes because they do not have a valid documentation. Even if they are allowed to pay federal tax, many will be below poverty line.
The study did not envision an economic scenario for America if 14 million illegals are legalized. How many will claim unemployment, social security, medicare etc. I can bet the cost to government will be in billions with many zeroes after that. Someone should call the reporter and the pro illegals who created that study to answer these questions.
It is possible for undocumented to pay teh federal and state taxes. They generally usea fake ssn and once the payroll is run taxes get sent to IRS.

Yes, RFEs could be a part of preadjudication. But at times people do receive random RFEs too. If you are lucky, you can get the answer from a officer on whether your case is preadjudicated or not.

Is our fax campaign continuing or on hold for the time being?
We have learnt some lessons at the time of S1932. Our campaign was dead after HR4241 was passed and we were waiting for conference committe to be announced. This was the period when the campaign of NumbersUSA and FAIR actually peaked. They in fact advised members to stop faxes two days before the conference committee was announced. Their organizers knew how the conferences work and they finished work before the committee was formally announced.
Of course with QGA guiding us this time we are not going to repeat that mistake. Our campaigns should focus on senate and house separately & exactly when it is needed and must reach peak just at right time. With limited options available to us as 'aliens', actually meeting representitives or their staff should be the approach. One meeting is equal to ten faxes.
