Sorry to have to say this but they will probably reject your application. Signature is the most important thing they look for in any application.

Some employees of my client company who filed their AOS in june did so without signing a single piece of paper and already got their RNs and FP's done as well.
There are a few things to see if what your lawyer did was correct:
1) Did he ask you to write him/her an email/letter authorizing them to sign on your behalf
2) Your company has your facsimile signatures or signature stamps.

Gary, I like all three but the first shot is my favorite.....DOF (on the first) is good, (the shrubs midway in the photo could be sharper) not great but quite acceptable and the polarizer makes the shot shine. Good work (on all three)

Thanks to everyone who signed the petition.
I believe in freedom of speech but Dobbs is using the CNN platform to spew hate. A legitimate debate is fine but hate speech is not ok.
I used to believe that ignore him was the best way to deal with him but after seeing some of the so called Tax parties, I am starting to think that ignoring him does not work.
Please also post this to other web forums, facebook, twitter and send emails to your friends and colleagues asking them to sign the petition.

I have given up hopes of getting an H-1B through the Master's quota. I applied on April 4. So there are no hopes anyway.
Now how can one get an H-1B through a non-profit organization. My understanding of this process is not very clear. I was under the impression (wrong impression!!) that if I can get a job at a Non-Profit place through a consulting company(I am an employee of the consulting company and not the Non-Profit org) and because my workplace is at a non-profit organization, I can get an H-1B that qualifies as one that belongs to the Non-Profit H-1B category.
Please clarify. I am trying to understand this clearly.

Its unfortunate that you have a very recent RD. I talked to an IO at NSC yesterday and i was told that they will process the case based on the order they recieved. So they go by RD. If this is true then i guess you will have to wait some more time. Because thousands of people applied I-485 between June first to July 30.
May be this is the general process, but I know of a case with RD in June last week and PD in 2003 Mar got approved last Nov/Dec area. It is an EB3 India case.

Try to record few of your conversations with him with a hidden camcorder and/or voice recorder, once you are sure you have enough evidence - talk to a good lawyer, also file for a h1b transfer and change job and once you get into your new job sue this old employer for mental agony and torture etc....... lawyer will manage this

Hi There,
I work in Company A, and Company A filed my GC April 2008 under EB2 Category.
Priority Date: April 2008
I-140: Approved
I-485- To be Filed
I also have a Masters Degree in the US.
I received an offer from Company B (Top consulting Firm) and they are willing to process my GC but in EB3 Category.
My Current H1 will expire in May 2012.
My wife is in the health care profession and currently a student in school and should get a a job next year. She is on a F1 currently and she should apply for a H1 next year. I am assuming that she can file for a GC in the EB2 category.
Questions:
1. Does it make sense to take up the offer or just wait for my I -485 date to become current. If i do not take up the offer, then i would lose out from a career growth perspective.
2. If i take up the offer and apply in the EB 3 category, hoping that my wife�s GC would be filed in EB2, can i apply I -485 with her.

You will need to file an immigrant petition (Form I-130) for your child and wait for its approval. Your child will have to wait overseas until his/her priority is current. But based on conversations with some friends from my BTech batch, the range seems to be 22 Lakhs to 40 Lakhs per year. I went India to look in to salary costs on behalf of a VC firm last year and found most good programmers would cost more than Rs. 2Lakh per month. The survey was done in Bangalore.
Of course, these were individuals who could hit the ground running.

Its not possible to keep photo copies of each and every I94 issued. I think as long as you have all you I20 and H1B docs you should be good. Plus tracking I94 records is their job not your's
